2015 Word Is….

As I wrote in my post the other day, three years ago, I decided to pick a word as my theme, to focus on throughout the year.  Once I pick my word, I then set goals that best reflect the word I chose, my years focus, and where I would like my year to go.  As a refresher, my last two years words were: family & intentional.  This year, I had a hard time finding the exact word, so I wrote my goals before I picked my word.  But finally, a word popped into my head, that I really really love.  So without further ado, my word for 2015 is……..Inner

If you look at my goals below, everything has one thing in common, me.  All my goals, are something I want to work on with myself, something that can only be done by me, no one else.  Whether it’s going on an adventure & exploring the world around me, or losing more weight (already lost 53lbs in 6 months YAY!!) or doing more with my blogs, it all stems from me.  If you would like to, feel free to look over my goals for this year.

2015 Goals:

Personal:

* eat better, healthier……..dig deeper into nutrition

*walk @ least 3x/wk…….no matter the weather, which can be cold considering I live in New Hampshire.

*loose 2lbs. a week or 8lbs. a month…….I should reach my ultimate weight of 148 by the end of year

*improve my own self esteem, self worth, self love…….

*have more patience with my family

*continue building a close, honest, real relationship with a few of my friends

*take time out to recharge each day

*be happier with my choices,my  family, my friends, myself

*continue on my simple living, less is more journey.……make it more of a priority in my life this year

*have fun family outings once a month & spend as little as possible on them

*be an encouragement to others through my experiences, words, thoughts, and/or ideas

*continue volunteering as much as I do

*save all the money I make from side jobs &/or selling items we no longer need or use

*start my own side business……..not sure what to do quite yet

  2. I love your word! I found inspiration in your blog post the other day, so I used my tarot cards to help me set a theme and find a word for 2015. It feels really good, and Im so happy I stumbled upon your blog ❤ blessings and a happy new year to you and yours!

    • Thank you.
Great goal, as it is very doable, if you know where to look. A lot of popular blogs have certain times of the year they will host a newer blogger. Jump at those chances. And u are always welcome to guest post for me too. The more the merrier. Good luck with your goals. I hope 2015 is a great year for you 🙂
