Healthy Living Link Party #21

Today we are off for some fun in the sun at the ocean.  Since we don’t live close by, this is a special treat for us all.  I can’t wait to dip my feet in the water, walk the coast, & chase the kids around.  What are you plans for today?
My pick for this week’s feature was Elaine’s post 8 Reasons to Cut Out Processed Foods.  I felt it was well written, informative, & offered helpful information for us all to consider when debating on making our own or buying processed foods.  Check it out along with the other featured posts.  We hope you all stop by, visit, & link up any healthy living related post.   Now, onto the party.
Welcome to the Healthy Living Link Party

The Healthy Living link party is all about living a healthy life. Link up your  posts related to healthy living and recipes that are low carb, low calorie, paleo, keto, organic, clean, etc. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and is more fun when you share your recipes and find some new ones.

  1. Thanks ladies for hosting! Kari at Unprocessed Purpose. I shared this week Strawberry Salsa Avocado Quinoa Lettuce Wraps. I have been on a lettuce wrap kick this summer. Romaine can keep for days in fridge and love the healthy crispness. And I know that I have come to the right place because I love quinoa 🙂
